The prerequisites are compliance with recognised professional standards within the meaning of Section 630a of the German Civil Code (BGB) (taking into account scientific findings, medical experience that is necessary to achieve the medical treatment objective and has proven itself in trials) and the determination that, depending on the clinical picture, no personal contact between doctor and patient is necessary.
